Tinyme Email Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase additional Tinyme Gift Cards. It is the Gift Card holder's responsibility to ensure the safekeeping of the Gift Card and its code. The risk of loss and title for the Email Gift Card is passed to the purchaser upon the electronic transmission to the purchaser, recipient or delivery to the carrier, whichever is applicable. Tinyme accepts no responsibility for the loss of any Email Gift Cards due to an incorrect email address entered. The replacement will only be to the extent of unused Email Gift Cards.
